Terms of Service

This agreement sets out the legal terms between WebStore Technologies Ltd. (Company No: 17220895), owner of the "Paplead" brand ("Service Provider"), and the person/entity registering for the service ("User"). By registering, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Scope of Service & Nature of AI

1.1. Paplead is a SaaS platform offering a WhatsApp AI chatbot, Google Maps lead generation and CRM features.

1.2. By their nature, AI models (LLMs) may produce inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-context responses. The User accepts this.

1.3. Paplead cannot be held liable for damages arising from incorrect information the AI may give to customers (wrong prices, incorrect appointments, etc.). The accuracy of bot settings is the User's responsibility.

2. WhatsApp & Ban Risk

2.1. Paplead is not an official partner of WhatsApp/Meta. Communication takes place through the User's own number.

2.2. If the WhatsApp number is suspended due to spam, complaints or Meta policy violations, the User bears full responsibility.

2.3. No compensation or refund may be claimed due to number suspension.

⚠ Important: WhatsApp ban risk is entirely the User's responsibility and cannot be asserted as grounds for a refund.

3. Subscription & Payment

3.1. Services run on a prepaid subscription model. The User is subject to the limits of the selected plan.

3.2. An unconditional refund may be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days of the initial subscription start. See our Refund Policy for details. No refunds are issued after the 7-day window or for renewed periods.

3.3. After cancellation, the service continues until the end of the current billing period.

3.4. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.

4. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep account credentials secure
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • No spam, harassment, fraud or illegal activity
  • Assume responsibility for customer data under applicable data protection laws (GDPR etc.)

5. Abuse

Upon detecting a violation, Paplead reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete the account without any refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, software and all components are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Copying, distribution and reverse engineering are prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". Paplead is not liable for AI errors, WhatsApp restrictions, third-party outages or force majeure. Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
