Refund Policy

This policy governs the refund and cancellation terms for subscription services provided by WebStore Technologies Ltd. (Company No: 17220895), owner of the "Paplead" brand ("Service Provider").

1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

1.1. You may request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of your initial subscription start date.

1.2. Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@paplead.com or via WhatsApp.

1.3. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

Within the first 7 days after your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund — no reason required.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after the 7-day window has elapsed
  • Renewed (auto-renewed) subscription periods
  • Accounts suspended due to violations of the Terms of Service
  • WhatsApp number bans or restrictions (solely the User's responsibility)
  • Third-party integration failures or API outages

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.

3.2. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; no partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.
